Traditional Floridian home located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the beautiful island of Siesta Key.
A 15-minute walk from the number 1 beach in the US.
My house features a large outdoor terrace and a private pool (unheated). It is designed to accommodate 6 people.
Renovated in January 2025.
Upon entering, a large living room welcomes you with comfortable sofas and a large smart TV, all bathed in light thanks to large bay windows.
A large desk with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet cable for comfortable remote working.
On the left are two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds, and a large bathroom with a bathtub.
On the right, you will find a large rectangular table and the new, functional and well-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator-freezer with water and ice dispenser, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, Keurig, air fryer...
One bedroom with a king-size bed and a beautiful private bathroom with a shower.
You'll also have access to a washing machine, a dryer, as well as umbrellas, coolers, and beach chairs.
