-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

The apt is in a convenient location to enjoy Ocean Drive and all the restaurants, bars and beaches of Siesta Key! We were there to play in the drum circle (a must attend event each Sunday) and the trolley stop is in front of the apt. The host and management company were extremely responsive to all communications as well!

We had a great stay over July 4th! Perfect walkable location in Siesta Village. As the listing notes there is live music next door at SKOB, but they do promptly end at 11. The provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels were the best touch.

My friend and I visited for a weekend girls trip and have nothing but amazing things to say. The check-in process was easy, the host provided quick & thorough responses & the location was central to all food/activites.
