Siesta Key Waterfront in March

Enjoy remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms at 55 + community condo on the 4th floor with spectacular views and all amenities for enjoyable stay. Heated pool, hot tub, exercise room is just a few things on sight. Just cross the street (3 minutes walk) and you will enjoy the powdery sand of the beach. Free trolley will take you to town to enjoy restaurants, cafes and shopping, and bring you back at the door. Just bring your swimsuit everything else is waiting for you. Need to do some work, there is a spot for that as well.
Siesta Key offers water sports, sailboarding, fishing, snorkeling and parasailing.
Downtown Sarasota, less than eight miles north, is Florida's cultural center, offering attractions like the John Ringling Mansion and Art Museum, Monte Marine Aquarium as well as Marie Selby Botanical Gardens seven miles away.

An Oasis on Siesta Key

This property was better in real than the pics on VRBO. We chose this property for it's location and being void of carpet and possible mold or mildew as we had allergies to contend with...the condo was fresh and clean and was an oasis for our 6 week escape from the Canadian winter. Kitchen was fully stocked and TV/media worked flawlessly. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms had been recently updated...excellent shower with good pressure and hot water. Unit is on 4th floor and elevator was not an issue...convenient parking...sheltered. Common facilities are impressive with well stocked library and sunny pool deck. This property has a large comfortable lanai which is north facing (shaded). Siesta Key is a busy area and some road noise can be heard in the lanai. Lilly was the best host we have encountered over our many vacation rentals over the years...there to greet us and give us an excellent walk through and tour of the facilities and super responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, being close to the beach and this comfortable, clean property made our stay here excellent and we would recommend this property if you are looking for these qualities!
