The lanai is a continuation of the family room and is the perfect spot to gather for a meal, play a game or for a relaxing visit. A private patio is located next to the lanai and is also accessed from the master bedroom. It is surrounded by a low border of flowering hibiscus and is the perfect spot to relax with a good book or your morning coffee. Being an end unit on the ground level affords easy access to not only the green space and tropical gardens in the rear of the unit, but the added bonus of the side yard also
