This newly renovated villa features a modern kitchen with upscale stainless appliances and a brand-new bathroom with a rain shower, soaking tub, and his-and-her sinks.
The spacious living room is equipped with a new 65" Smart TV, perfect for movie nights, and opens to a private patio with outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and lounge chairs for morning coffee.
The master bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and sliders to the patio, with an en-suite vanity and water closet.
The guest bedroom offers twin beds, and beach accessories are included.

Note: Booking winter season 2025? Please book whole months only e.g. Feb 1 - March 1 not Feb 15 - March 15. This is because in season there is a monthly minimum restriction on rentals.
