This home is part of a duplex unit and may share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, or amenities with the adjoining unit. Your rental includes access to the right side of the first-floor garage, the right private backyard and pool area, and the entire right side of the building. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.

Great location and private pool

The location of this property is perfect-within walking distance of town, restaurants, icecream shop, and beach. Our boys loved the backyard pool and hot tub, and game tables in the basement. Will definitely be staying again!

Siesta key is the best! This condo made it even better. Beautiful and spacious! Very clean and beds are comfortable! Walking distance to the village and the beach. This place has it all! We will be back next year!

Beautiful house

We had a great time. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located, 5 minutes walking to the Beach and it’s a lively neighborhood! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
