The first floor easily accommodates additional guests with a queen size pull-out bed and full bath. This townhouse has the ultimate location for easy access to the pool and beach as well. This beautiful 1 bed, 2 bath, plus a den, unit is spacious and welcoming. It spreads out on two levels and is just a short walk from the beach. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities of home and the unit features a washer and dryer for your convenience. The property provides three heated pools, outdoor BBQ facilities, beach chairs, warm Gulf breezes, stunning sunsets, as well as private and direct access to the sugar-white sands of "America's #1 Beach" - Siesta Key. Siesta Key features some of the best restaurants and activities Florida has to offer. Come and enjoy your piece of paradise! This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
