Jamaica Royale 083 Updated and close to the beach!

Renovated Interior and Updated Look Coming by June 2025

This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit has been updated with paint, flooring and new furniture in the last few months. A very nice unit located in the garden area of our beautifully landscaped property, but close to the beach and pools. No walking across Midnight Pass Road! We are on the Gulf! Feel free to swim in any of the three heated pools, play shuffleboard and BBQ at the community patio. How about a beachside sunset BBQ? This condo is furnished with all the amenities of home, it even has a grab bar in the master bathroom shower for those with little ones. Have an enjoyable stay, and we thank you for staying in our piece of paradise. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
The condo is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
