Jamaica Royale 057 Beautiful unit and close to the pool!
Renovated Interior and Updated Look Coming by June 2025
Unit 57 has been updated and is a gorgeous condo. All new crown molding, tile, and paint. But there is more.... All new furniture from the kitchen to the bedroom. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress. The shower has grab bars!!! Come and enjoy this beautiful unit on the white sands of Siesta!!! You will not be disappointed. Walk out of your condo and take a few little steps into the pool. There is plenty of toys and towels, so you don't don't need to bring them! We also have three heated, freshwater pools, BBQ grill at the community patio with shuffleboard. You can also enjoy a BBQ beach side by the Tiki as you watch the sun dip down into the water. The beach tennis courts are 5 minutes walking from the condo. There is a new beach food concession that serves more than your typical beach fare, that, too, is approximately 1/2 mile from our property. Come and dip your toes into our bit of paradise. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
