The unit has upgraded premium cable and free WiFi throughout. The kitchen is freshly equipped and boasts gleaming granite countertops. This unit is supplied with a washer/dryer unit. New windows throughout. Covered carport parking is just outside the entrance with only one step to enter unit. Enjoy the entire property with three pools, shuffleboard and BBQ grill area. Sunsets on Siesta Key beach are spectacular! Come experience the most wonderful, cool, white quartz sand under foot and you will understand why our beach is rated #1 in the USA!
