Very clean, well appointed condo with a great location and beautiful ocean view. Amazing beach with white sand like cornstarch. The trolley to the village is so convenient. Download the Breeze app so you can see when it's coming to the stop right across the street. Tip: make a note of the stop number on the sign across the street to get the most accurate times. If you use the option for the current location, you may see the time for going in the opposite direction! We loved this place and plan on coming back again!

Hi, 3 adults stayed for 5 days. The apartment was in an excellent location on the beach. Everything was perfect - could not fault. Beds really comfortable, kitchen fully functional, washer & dryer. Very impressed with the cleanliness (bit of a clean freak). Fabulous views, beautiful sunsets !!

Stunning waterfront location on pristine private white sand beach. Easy check in and all necessary information included in the app. Older building but well maintained and several renovations made to this unit. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and blankets. Great stay !

The pictures do not do justice for the condo. The condo is beautiful and has a beautiful view. The décor inside is cute and looks nothing like the photos. There is also two rooms instead of one. The only thing I did not like for this condo was, we could not find the dumpsters for emptying the trash. Also, they only give one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. It was 4 people in the condo for 5 days and we had to get more from the store on our last day. I don't know why they just don't store extra in the cabinet. The tv's screen was also cracked (but we really didn't watch tv except before bed, so wasn't a big deal). Beside's those 3 things, everything was perfect. I would return.

Best beach in the world

The only thing that could make our unit, 6 South better, would be if we owned it! Great condo, 20 feet to the best beach in the world. Love Siesta Key Village and the great restaurants. This was our 3rd getaway here and 2nd at the Island House Beach Resort, we've already booked a return for May 2018.

We love Siesta Key! Beautiful beaches, interesting restaurants and friendly people everywhere. The 6 South condo was everything we wanted. Very clean and well equipped with almost anything you would need. We are already planning a return this fall.

Wonderful condo in great complex

We loved unit 6S with its spacious 1 bedroom, 2 baths, den that could be closed off from the living room and good sized enclosed balcony with a fabulous view of the beach and Gulf. The condo was clean with lots of ammenities, good linens, great lighting (which matters to me) and 2 desk areas. Island House is in a great spot, just 1/2 mile from lots of eating places, a market and shopping and it's easy to get over the bridge. Loved this place and we are planning on returning next year.
