Island home in paradise!!

Newly remodeled, single family home, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 27 x 13 heated outside pool(set to 82 degrees) with sunshelf...have dinner/cocktails outside in pool on sunshelf!! Short walking distance to 15 great restaurants, 12 bars, many, many shops, bike and scooter rental, wash and fold, and more.... Short drive to many sites, golf courses and much more. Siesta key Beach is on the travel channel for top ten beaches in the world....Local Beach is approx three blocks, and can be walked. Public beach is further, however, many 'Free Ride' golf cart services are available and work for Tips Only. They will pick you up at your home and take you to the beach and back. The "free" rides are a lot of fun! The house is located at 324 Avenida Madera, Siesta Key, FL 34242. We do not provide any beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Pool is cleaned once a week, please note that with rain, wind ect the pool will get debris in it. A pool net is provided to keep pool clean.
Temperature is set in house to 72 degrees and cannot be changed. No Ceiling Fans.
NO SPRING BREAKERS ALLOWED, YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 25 TO RENT. THIS IS A FAMILY HOUSE!

Location, Location, Location!!

The house is equipped with new furniture and bedding. The heated pool is great. Very responsive host with seamless check in. Above all, you cannot beat this location. Walking distance to everything; car not needed. Here are a few noteworthy items; none affected our trip negatively: the bedroom pictured with 2 twin beds contains one queen bed (pictures haven’t been updated since recent renovations); there is one tv in the house (but who goes to the beach to watch tv?); water pressure in the shower is left to be desired…sounds like it could be a common theme on this particular street.We will definitely book again!

This is the 2nd time we stayed at the house. The location to the beach & restaurants is wonderful; beds comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. 1 thing please: make sure people empty the garbage- on garbage day (wednesday) WE took out 4 overflowing cans- 3 extra bags on the ground and my families 1 bag!!! Lucia the housekeeper is wonderful! I will absolutely reserve again!!

Great Dog Friendly Location Near the Village

Lovely older house within easy walking distance to Siesta Key Village. Large living room space with split design - perfect for two couples or parents with kids/grandparents. Wonderful pool with canal views. Well stocked updated kitchen. So nice to have our pup with us! We enjoyed our stay.

SO GREAT!

We stayed with our family for a week and had such an amazing time! Second time renting from this owner. We haven’t had any issues and have loved every minute! You cannot beat the location or price! The orange house in paradise

We loved this ranch home with a beautiful heated pool on the canal! Our host Jeff was very accommodating and if something needed fixed he had the proper people lined up to help. We would definitely return to this home as you could walk to all stores and restaurants in Siesta village. So far this place is fairly priced. Nancy

What a great beach house! My family of 8 stayed here and had everything we needed to cook a meal and hang out very spacious great screened in porch and the pool is amazing! The location can't be any better! The host was quick to reply.

Great location with a lot of space and a great private pool.

It was wonderful to be able to walk to the village for shopping and dining. The street was quiet and the village night life wasn't heard. The house is spacious and the pool is lovely. Good place for a couple puppies.
