Gulf front, 3rd floor, 2 bdr- A302 gorgeous view!

This colorful and well cared for unit has a new owner! The view from your lanai will include sunset and will be magnificent! No other property on Siesta Key is built this close to the Gulf of Mexico where you can hear the waves from your lanai and master bedroom windows. Many new updates by owners including: Entire condo freshly painted, New Lazy-Boy furniture including sleeper sofa with Temper-Pedic mattress, New 65" smart TV; California Closets in both bedrooms and Glass shower doors in both bathrooms. UPDATED PICTURES TO COME. The furnishings are very comfortable and there are tile floors throughout. You can fish from either the Gulf of Mexico or from our boat docks ~ and bring your boat if you have one but find trailer storage close by. Both gas and charcoal grills are located near our docks. There is a private beach area, a shuffleboard court near the pool and clubhouse and a short boardwalk to Turtle Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
Shelling is also enjoyable here on Turtle Beach ~ which is located at the quiet south end of the island of Siesta Key. You can walk for long distances to the north or south.
We are "sandwiched" between the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico as well as Blind Pass Lagoon leading to Little Sarasota Bay. Once you stay with us we are sure you will return!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a lanai, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Great Condo and Complex!

My family and I loved the condo! Great layout with a view of the ocean and sunsets that can not be any better for the west coast of FL! Even the master bedroom has a view of the ocean. We had plenty of towels and the washer and dryer made it very convenient when we used them all up. Super comfortable for 5 and was not bad for 6 (we had 6 for a few days and then 5 the remainder of our stay). The property description did not explain it well, but there is a king in the master and a twin and full size in the 2nd bedroom (the reason 5 is so comfortable). Then there is a pull out sofa bed. The only complaint would be the 2nd bedroom TV……its dated and lower quality, but certainly not that big of a deal (that was not what we were there for). The check in and check out was easy. We lost a key and were somewhat frantic about it. The gentlemen at the office were super nice and told us not to let it impact our vacation and they would make a note if it and not charge us. That was SUPER appreciated. I would highly recommend staying I this complex and this specific condo. We had an awesome family Thanksgiving there!
