Spacious 5th floor 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath Gulf Front condo with gorgeous water views and private beach. Open floorplan with large living room, large updated gourmet kitchen and formal dining area. Relax on the large screened lanai which is accessible from the living room & master bedroom. Master bedroom w/ensuite bathroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet and beautiful gulf views. 2 guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed & one with 2 twin beds, feature great views of the Inlet Waterway. Laundry room with free washers & coin-operated dryers are across the hall. TV's are in the living room & bedrooms, and free WiFi and cable are provided.

Fisherman's Haven is a friendly community located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and nestled on the quieter southern end of Siesta Key just south of Turtle Beach. Direct beach front property with the Gulf on one side and the Bay on the other side. Enjoy long walks & beautiful sunsets from the private beach, take a dip in the heated pool, or fish from the bay waters at the rear of the property (on-site fish cleaning is station provided). A bbq grill is also provided on-site. Secure gated community close to restaurants, shopping and night time entertainment. Turtle's Restaurant and Ophelia's on the Bay are both very close & you can dine on the water. Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze trolley at Turtle Beach and ride to Siesta Key Village, Crescent Beach, and other points of interest on the island.

RENTAL POLICY: A one month minimum is required and it must be the first day of the month to the last day of the month unless management approves an exception prior to booking.

PARKING INFORMATION: One assigned parking space is provided per unit and a parking pass will be assigned upon check in. Some parking spaces are covered, and some are not. On-site guest parking is limited, and not guaranteed. You must request a short-term visitor parking pass from us if you will have guests visiting during your stay. Violation of the parking rules may result in your vehicle being towed.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a lanai, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.

Anytime on the beach is good time

Condo maintenance on site man was excellent and few owners who lived year around were friendly and helpful. However the unit was very dated and in need of furniture repair and some case replaced ( mattress in guest bedroom ) rocker / glider in master bedroom....dishwasher didn’t work from day one...rental agency put in for repair ..... I assume it will be working by the next time it’s rented out . Beautiful view from balcony porch...how ever..no curtains at all for the sliding door so watching tv was put off till nighttime so we could see it..every condo I have stayed had curtains for privacy if nothing else . The rooms and unit were very spacious. For location and spacious unit was good for price but could use some TLC

Issues

There was a water issue in another unit that affected ours for 4 days We were not able to use the bathroom or any water & had to leave the complex to use a public restroom. The rental agency did not react to our plight for 43 days. Finally after we complained vigorously we were able to use a unit in the building. The master sheets had holes & ice maker did not dispense thru door.
