This unit is one of only a few larger size purpose built units in the complex. It has had the benefit of a complete refurbishment and is very tastefully furnished throughout in neutral tones. It has a double length lanai plus an additional seating area off the master bedroom. Ceiling fans adorn all the rooms along with new carpet. This is a wonderful unit to relax and enjoy a prolonged vacation break.
The condo is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a refrigerator and a coffee maker.
