Enjoy full view of white sand Crescent Beach and the sounds and sights of blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico in this completely renovated residence. From this third floor unit, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and sunset dinner on our private screened lanai with relaxing comfort of our designer bar table and ceiling fans.

The professionally designed coastal style renovation includes wood look seaside tile throughout and ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms to enhance that beach breeze. Kitchen has been completely opened to the living room with a large quartz island boasting massive counter and bar space. Kitchen also includes designer grade appliances plus plenty of kitchen items and serveware to present a gourmet meal. The spacious living room includes a sofa, love seat and oversized chair to lounge and enjoy the 65" smart TV and home theatre system with blue-ray.

Sleep soundly in our master suite featuring a king sized bed, 50" smart TV and quartz countertop double vanity with plenty of storage. The sea blue tiled master shower features a sunflower rainhead and handheld showerhead providing a spa experience after a sun filled day on the beach.

The guest suite includes two queen sized beds and a 50" smart TV. The guest bathroom has a tub tile shower, granite countertops and plenty of storage. Both bedrooms have independent sliding door access to the lanai.

Ultrafast internet and wifi throughout with free local and long distance calling (Canada & PR) as well as a 50% discount at Siesta Key Fitness during your stay at our condo.
