Crescent Siesta Key is an upscale condo property in the heart of South Siesta Key. It is a 10/10 for walkability! Everything you need is close!

This property is a quiet and secure location. Great for families with young children or grandchildren, and older adults. If you are looking for a place to be loud and party, this is not the place for you! Please tell me a little bit about your group, so I know who will be staying in my unit. There is strict enforcement of maximum occupancy of 6 guests per unit and a 7 night minimum rental period (14 nights in March). Please thoroughly read through the agreement forms.

A spacious, vacation-ready condominium awaits you. My unit has a recently updated, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, an induction cooktop, Kuering and full coffee pots, and a large pantry, including many spices and oils. It has an open floor plan and very spacious living areas. There is both indoor and outdoor dining areas for family gatherings with a partial gulf view from the lanai. The bedrooms are large with generous closet space. The back bedroom has 2 queen beds, a walk in closet and an extra large bathroom with dual vanities, a soaker tub, and a walk in shower. The front bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a Toto Washlet. Washer and dryer are in the unit for guest use. Luxury linens, including beach towels, are provided, along with many other amenities for your convenience and enjoyment. The property boasts two outdoor pools and a beachside jacuzzi. There is a gas grill for guest use on the pool deck. Grill tools are provided in the unit. There is a fitness room with a large outdoor patio on the 2nd floor of the building and two covered parking spaces for this unit.

My unit is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival to ensure a top notch luxury experience for your vacation peace of mind. It is located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, grocery, bike/boat/recreational rentals and much more! There is a TESLA Level 2 charger on property for guest use.

I provide everything you need for a wonderful vacation. All linens including beach towels; spices, oils, and a fully stocked kitchen with all essentials needed to feel like home. If you are looking for a well kept property that you will want to return to again and again, and never want to leave-give me a try! You will not be disappointed.

The registration fee charged to all rentals at Crescent is to ensure that you will experience an exquisitely maintained property and grounds in a beachfront condominium. A property registration form is required to be completed upon booking.

Both pools are heated to ~84º There are complimentary chairs and chaises for Crescent guests to use on our beach and a beach concierge if you would like to rent umbrellas or cabanas for your stay.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

The condo was amazing in terms of location on Crescent Beach, the cleanliness, the amenities and the condo itself was amazing. The owner, Mary, really has thought of everything, which really made our stay feel like we were at home, while staying at a luxury condo on the beach in Siesta Key. I was in contact with Mary several times via VRBO and text and she was quick to reply and always accommodating. I would definitely stay in this condo again in the future. The place was nice and exceptionally clean. We have stayed at multiple places in Florida and the floors always seem to make your feet dirty, but this place did not have that issue, which was a first. We spent a lot of time on the patio at night and loved the furniture. Beds were comfortable and owner was friendly and made sure everything went well. The location was great because it was by several restaurants. The insulation was great because there were bands playing and you could not hear anything from the inside. The pools were nice and they were quick to respond to a hot tub that was down for less than 24 hours, which is amazing. I would highly recommend this condo complex and this specific unit.

We had the best stay! The host had thought of absolutely everything you could ever need! Even had a trinket dish to put my earrings in. This would easily be a good place to stay if flying. We all commented how nice the sheets felt. Its in a great location, we were able to walk to dinner, rent an umbrella and have a front row seat to the best sunsets! I especially loved having our designated private beach and only 3 rooms on our floor. We had plenty of space and good size tvs too!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo on Siesta Key Beach! The unit itself was spotless, well-decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living space, everything was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience.The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beach. And what a beach it was! Powdery white sand, warm turquoise blue water, and stunning sunsets made every day feel like paradise. We enjoyed our week so much! Everything was perfect and just as described. The unit had every amenity imaginable and was spotlessly clean. My niece loved the close proximity to Captain Curt’s and Orange Octopus, we walked over almost every night for ice cream. Lovely spacious condo in an amazing location!!!

Unit 406 at the Crescent was terrific!!! It was spacious-fit our family of four perfectly ….and we had tons of extra space!! The kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed!!! There was also a nice array of spices and coffee supplies there, which came in handy!!! The dishwasher and disposal were temperamental, but Mary was quick to respond with tips to fix and even offer to send someone up to fix it! (My husband was able to get the disposal working but not the dishwasher-we chose to just live without it for a for a week!) The only downfall of our stay was the construction on the second pool….which our lanai overlooked! We knew the pool was under construction, but we were not prepared for what that really meant! We happened to rent out the unit the week the workers were scheduled to jackhammer and grind the entire pool deck! 😳. It was super loud and there was such an accumulation of dust on the lanai that it was not able to be used! 😕. We always book our VRBOs with awesome decks, balconies, and/or lanais because we love that morning coffee and evening wine enjoying the new scenery, and we were not able to do that this week! HOWEVER, when I reached out to Mary about this, she was more than accommodating and sensitive to the issue, and she offered us a partial refund on the rental!!! Mary is an amazing host! She was super friendly and always quick to respond! We would definitely rebook- Esp to enjoy that new pool we heard get a remodel this past week! 🙂

We have been coming to Siesta Key for about 5 years, and this was our first time staying at Crescent. Unit 406 is a wonderful unit and very comfortable for a family of 5. It was very clean and stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay. Mary was so easy to work with and very responsive to any questions that we had. The location is great! It was so nice to walk across the street to some restaurants, groceries and shops. Even though the unit is in the street building it was so convenient to the pool and beach… just a short walk. We can’t wait to come back !

Location is KEY!

Loved, loved the location of this condo rental! Spacious and clean for my family of 5. The pack-n-play for my 11 month old was a lifesaver. One of the pools was down for repairs and so we used the pool next to the beach which was great for my young kids to stay in the shade most of the morning. Beach was walking steps from our condo and private! We will be back!
