Great Location but unit greatly lacking

We had an excellent time. The complex is small and quant. What I am about to say is not to be a complainer at all. We had a great time and would return, but may ask for a different unit. The unit itself is dated, but that was fine. However, the master shower desperately needs to be replaced. It has been repaired in the past, but feels like you are falling through the floor. The master mattress is awful! The kitchen is bare bones. The appliances worked just fine, but there are very little cooking pots and pans.
