Gulf and Bay is a fabulous beachfront condominium complex with private beach access to Siesta Key Beach and its world-famous white sands and warm waters. This complex features three heated pools, saunas, a hot tub, activity courts for tennis, pickleball, racquetball, and shuffleboard, a fitness center, and numerous tiki-themed BBQ areas surrounding the lakes. This beautifully furnished second-floor condominium has an updated kitchen with a wine fridge, a dining table, and a living space with a large sectional. The primary bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is delightfully decorated and has two full beds. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer are available for guest use. Best of all, this unit has picture-perfect views from the enclosed lanai overlooking the pool and tropical courtyard with the beach beyond!
