Recently remodeled bathrooms and new flooring throughout the unit. Enjoy your breakfast on the furnished lanai overlooking lush tropical greenery and a view of the beautiful community pool. This open concept design feels open and airy with a large living space filled with light from the ...Florida sun. Features include - Very large, comfortable sectional couch in living room, a large dining table that expands to sit up to eight to 10 people, two king sized beds, three televisions,, pots/pans,,beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach wagon, and pool and beach toys. Features of Excelsior- Our building is right by the Bay. Hang out on the deck overlooking the bay to watch for manatees or try your hand at fishing. Property includes a workout facility, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, grills, a hot tub and two pools. It is a five-minute walk (directly across the street from the property) to the private beach access to beautiful Crescent Beach on the Gulf of Mexico with trolley and shuttle service to get around the Key. It is a quick two miles to Siesta Key Village.
