The master bedroom has a king bed, a 20 inch TV, a ceiling fan, and access to the extended living lanai. The updated master bathroom has new finishes and a walk-in glass door shower with a removable shower head.
The guest bedroom has 2 twins, a TV, a ceiling fan, and access to the lanai/concourse. The updated guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination with a glass door and removable shower head.
The kitchen is equipped with updated stainless-steel appliances and a ceiling fan.
The dining area has seating for 6 and flows into the living area. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family, a mounted TV, ceiling fan, and access to the lanai. The living room has additional sleeping on a queen size sleeper sofa as well as a full size sleeper sofa.
The extended living lanai area has beautiful floor to ceiling glass doors, ceiling fans, a work space, and an additional dinette.
This unit has an assigned parking garage spot under the building and an in-unit washer and dryer. This unit is accessible by elevator.
