1156 is a small garden unit, located on the Gulfside of Midnight Pass Road

2 bedroom, 2 bath unit . Approx. 1100 Sq. Ft. (1200 including the lanai).

This is a new condo on the Rental Program. It has been completely renovated in 2023.

Both bedrooms have a Queen size bed with wall mounted Tv’s for your entertainment.

Both bathrooms have been renovated and has a walk-in shower with Happy Floor tiles with Frontgate bath towels and Frontgate beach towels.

There is an added bar on the lanai area and has been incorporated with the living room.

Pottery Barn queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. All other furniture is high-end from Arhaus.

The condo also has a Reverse Osmosis water tap.
