The formal dining area has seating for 6. This flows into the living area that has comfortable couch seating, a fan, access to the lanai and a 55" TV.
The lanai has stunning wrap around views of the beach and blue Gulf waters to encapsulate you in total serenity. There is an additional dining area, couch seating, reading areas, and ceiling fans.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a 42" TV, a ceiling fan, plenty of storage, and access to the lanai. The master bathroom has a bath tub with a grab bar for extra assistance.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a ceiling fan, a mounted 32" Smart TV, plenty of storage, and a lovely window nook for viewing Siesta Key and a space if you need to work while you are away. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with a grab bar as well.
