Only steps from the beautiful Crescent Beach. This luxurious 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom unit has it all. The unit is in a Gulfside Highrise building on the 3rd floor.

The kitchen has been renovated with stainless steel appliances and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans, dishes, utensils) and a 12-cup standard coffee maker and has a Keurig.

The master bedroom has a king bed and offers a 32" TV and glass sliding door access to the lanai living space. The master bathroom has a bath tub with grab bars.

The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with a 32" TV for entertainment. The guest bathroom has a walk-in glass door shower and a grab bar for extra assistance.

A dining table for 4 people flows through to the living room. The living room has a 40" tv and large glass sliding door access to the lanai area. The lanai offers expansive outdoor views and works as an extended indoor living area with chair seating.
