- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

Really cute place - great area with beach nearby / loved the community of guests/residents at the condoRecycling should be explained at check in - that service is not offered at home and we threw away many recyclables On the warm days we woke up to an abundance of tiny ants - which returned every time we left and came back A few more beach towels would be awesome since we flew and towels are bulky to pack in carry on Overall nice stay - pool was clean - outside sitting was appreciated-
