We have stayed at the Copper Queen many times and usually love it. However, this time there were a lot of problems. The elevator wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor. There were significant renovations going on. The usual restaurant was closed. The bar/restaurant was overcrowded and we were unable to order food. The power went out at night. Not typical for Copper Queen, but disappointing none the less :(

Adorable hotel in Bisbee, and the staff went out of their way to explain history and all of the cool things to do. We had so much fun last night that I want to move here!

Historic

The bathroom door fell of its track and couldn’t be closed. In the bedroom lamps, one was missing a bulb, the other was burned out. The area around the pool door had some trash and debris and the pool was dirty. The toilet would constantly run until I fixed the chain in the tank. Not a good experience. I informed staff of the problems and they were apologetic and may have fixed everything, but we checked out early to find a better place to stay. This is an amazing old historical building that could be a gem if better maintained.

Great location in a quaint town!

The hotel is very quaint and fits the area. However, it needs some repair work. The light switch in the bathroom was broken and only worked sometimes, as well as, some of the lights fixtures.

Fun experience, beautiful old hotel. Centrally located. Clean rooms.

The Copper Queen is in the heart of charming and historic Bisbee. It is within walking distance of many the quaint and unique shops, historic sites and restaurants. The hotel smelled musky and damp. It is old! It is like visiting a museum! The room was small, but adequate. I love the smell of bleached sheets! The restaurant was closed on the days were were there (mid week). The bar had music both nights we were there. The computer system had crashed and now it looks like I may be being double billed. (I am checking into that) Overall, we enjoyed the location and the staff was great.

They cancelled my reservation and put me up at a flea trap. Totally unacceptable. I s should. It have to pay for the reservation!

Very unique and vintage so fun clean and a woderful staff loved it very cozy

Love the pool, age of hotel, reaky, old, resaurant. Elevator was broken, parking is difficult. I will come back, though. Restaurants within walkiing distance. Very friendly, accomodating staff.

The Copper Queen is a quaint Victorian hotel conveniently located in the center of Bisbee. It does not have parking so you’ll have to hoof it from wherever you can find a space in town - which for me was several blocks away. I loved the breakfast - fluffy eggs and generous portions of bacon and home fries. Staff members - in both the restaurant and the hotel - were very professional and hardworking. The carpets in the common areas and staircases were visibly grimy - definite in need of a deep cleaning. The hotel is a little frayed around the edges and needs some attention. I would characterize it as a gem that could use some polishing.

I loved that all the historic details BUT I absolutely hated how thin the walls were. Kids were running loose through the halls, slamming doors, and could hear them in their room from OUR room. If it wasn’t haunted before, it was about to be.

The hotel and furnishings are historic and charming. Unfortunately the shower didn't work- the shower handle fell off. The sink stopper was broken and inoperable. The window air conditioner cycled on and off constantly. At the restaurant, the food was very good but it took a very long time for the waiter to take our order and even longer for the food to arrive.

Location historical significance. And Jeep tour shops

the bathroom shower head needs cleaned. i went to take a shower and the shower head did not move, twist, or anything. the pressure was very high to where it took my breath away for a couple seconds
