El hotel es muy lindo, una lástima que no tenga el mantenimiento necesario , poco personal . Hacían 26 grados , la pileta exterior ( que no se podía usar por un problema de mantenimiento ) solo 6 reposeras y el hotel lleno . Lo mismo que en la cerrada . Tuvimos que sentarnos en el piso con las toallas. Habitación muy chica en relación al precio , desayuno un desastre , llegamos a las 9:50 , lo mismo que en la pileta , pocas mesas habilitadas en relación al flujo de gente , ya no había comida , tazas , vasos . Había solo dos personas para reponer todo , no daban a basto . Un pena realmente , pésimo servicio en relación al precio .

Bien, pero no lo volveria a elegir

El Hotel esta bueno, se nota que no le están prestando la correcta atención al mantenimiento. El personal es amable, pero no es resolutivo, falta predisposición a solucionar los problemas. Tiene muchos pequeños detalles que hacen que no me termine de convencer. En caso de Volver a Sierra de la Ventana no lo volvería a elegir. Hay buenas opciones y por menos valor.

Pesima atención en recepción. Al aegundo dia despues de preguntar dos veces nunca nos dijeron que el desayuno estba en otro espacio. Nos quedamos dos noches de las cuales nunca nos limpiaron la habitacion... precio alto servicio pésimo para 4 estrellas .El resto del lugar bien.

Arribe al establecimiento un miércoles por la tarde noche, luego de instalarme en la habitación decidí cenar en el Restaurant que allí se encuentra y siendo las 22:30 limitaron el menú, dado que estaba cerrando la cocina, la calidad fue mediocre. Durante la estadía nunca cambiaron las sabanas y la limpieza del cuarto dejo bastante que desear. Para solicitar agua caliente nunca puede realizarse antes de las 11hs y los días que hay evento, el personal prioriza el mismo a la atención al huésped. Falta mantenimiento en las instalaciones y al personal le falta formación hotelera. Una pena que un hotel de tales características tenga tan mala calidad de servicio, que por cierto es demasiado caro por lo que ofrece.

Muy lindo hotel. Habitaciones confortables. Buen trato del personal. Se disfruta del spa y el desayuno es completo. Falta servicio como por ejemplo no se puede obtener agua caliente hasta las 11hs ya que la confiteria esta cerrada. Es un detalle pero estaria bueno lo tengan en cuenta.
