We were in town to celebrate our wedding anniversary and was surprised by a beautiful anniversary message upon entering the room (a bottle of wine, elephant rolled up towels with local plumeria and palm leaves used to script out the message). Speaking the local language, we overheard staff's plan about wanting to surprise a guest with a birthday cake. Very impressed with the personal little details they notice about their guests. The only low rating was the steep stairs as we had several large luggages. We had a beautiful balcony overlooking a mini paradise. Very impressed!
