On the edge of town

This hotel is miles from town, caters for Korean tourist groups and has a pretty dirty pool. You need to be desperate or have an amazing deal to stay here .. much better options elsewhere .. avoid !

The pool is actually nice the manager was helpful. I think other reviews may have been written by the staff to inflate the ratings. Very moldy shower. Hard mattress. Thin walls. Can hear screaming children from down the hall every day starting at 6am. No chance of sleeping in late. Breakfast was just bad. Very few staff spoke English. Location is near the airport but out of town. Must take taxi to get anywhere from here. Not worth the cost. If you can afford it, go for Meridien or Sofitel.

人間は悪く無いが、スタッフのフォローアップが最悪。

スタッフの英語能力不足、及び連携とフォローアップが全くなっていない。空港ピックアップの車の手配は再三リマインドした挙句アレンジ無し。滞在中の車の手配等も然り。部屋にコオロギと死体が多い。韓国人と中国人観光客多く、何人かは朝食会場などでマナー悪かったり、夜も庭で遅くまで騒いでいた。

공항에서 제일 가까움~시내에서 제일 멀어여..

처음 가는 지역이라 모든게 낮설었지만 좋은 여행을 하고 왔다.이호텔은 공항에서 시내로 가는 도중에 있는 첫번째 호텔이라는거...반대로 나이트 마켓,앙코르와트등 시내와 관광지와는 제일 멀다.넓은 방사이즈,쓸만한 욕실을 갖추고 있다.카운터에서 POOL-VIEW로 업그레이드 해줬는데...나무때문에 잘보이지는 않네..조식은 무난한편..한국 단체팀들이 많이 이용하는 호텔인듯..아침에 보니 손님들이 다들 등산복 입고 다니네요.쌀국수와 오믈렛으로 간단하게 식사..교통 수단은 뚝뚝이로 하루나 반나절로 계약해서 타고 다니는게 편하다.하루 20불/반나절 10불~호텔에서 앙코르 와트까지는 뚝뚝이로 약 40분정도 걸리는듯..60~70$ 정도의 호텔로는 값어치는 합니다.

コストとのバランスの取れたホテル

コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。 朝食のバリエーション豊富で味も良いく、おすすめです。 部屋は綺麗で広く、プールも広くてリゾート気分も味合うこともできますが、まだ工事中のところもありました。 　韓国と中国系の団体旅行が利用しているらしく。ツアー客がたくさんいました。（ただ、国民性か、大声でしゃべりながら集団でフロントや朝食会場いるのが、少し騒がしかったですが、これも旅の醍醐味と割り切れば問題ないと思います。） 　難があったのはシャワーでした。2泊したのですが、1泊目の時は排水口が詰まっていてうまく流れず、ゴミを掻き出して、掃除するように示したところ、2日目には掃除がしてありました。ただ、今度はお湯の温度が上がらず、水風呂になりました。（1日目はお湯が出たのに・・・。）夜遅かったため、諦めましたが、残念な結果でした。 　周辺情報はホテルを出て道路の反対側にコンビニがあり、お酒などは買いにいけます。また、バイクタクシーもウロウロしているので、出かけるには困りません。飛行場まではタクシーで5分前後ですが、歩くのは少しキツイと思います。 　ホテルスタッフはかなり気さくで笑顔で対応してくれました。（英語が十分に通じます。） 　ただ、ホテルのスタッフが個人でロビーなどでタクシーやツアーの斡旋をしてます。必要がなければ笑顔で断れば問題なしです。（それも現地の文化みたいなものなので。） 　意外な落とし穴はこのホテルはクレジットカードを通信端末で使用するわけではないらしく、凹凸のない、クレジットカードは使用できませんでした。（カーボンコピーが取れないため）持参するときはその点を注意する必要があるかもしれません。

Schönes Hotel mit großem Pool

Das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr schön, die Zimmer komfortabel und sehr sauber. Leider war die Poolbar nicht in Betrieb. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Das Restaurant insgesamt (wir waren einmal Mittagessen) ist total überteuert und die Qualität unseres Essens war schlecht, es war einfach eiskalt. Nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten hat der Hotelmanager zunächst verschiedene Ausreden vorgebracht, anstatt sich einfach zu entschuldigen. Trotz des Vorfalls haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man sollte nur nicht im Hotelrestaurant essen, da gibt es im Ort viel bessere und viel preiswertere Alternativen. Das Hotel liegt relativ weit außerhalb der Stadt, man kann aber für wenig Geld mit einem Tuktuk in die Stadt fahren, von daher war dies kein Problem für uns.
