This hotel was great value for money New and fresh Easy to park snd get in to the hotel Competent staff Clean nice rooms Goos breakfast Close to city center Paid only 94 euro and that is a nice rate for such a hotel
Have stayed in this hotel a number of times and despite experiencing some issues in the past, every stay has been good. A very friendly and helpful team from reception and beyond. The rooms are somewhat small but very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Will be staying there again soon.
Booked this for our group on motorbikes for the parking and knowing what we would get! Great little find for our route back up to the Hook of Holland hence only staying one night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Always find the Holiday Inn Express chain a little more expensive with the additional costs for parking, but again, know what we are getting so happy with that. The hotel is new so really clean, modern and had superb air con, particularly during the heatwave week! Breakfast was great with plenty of choice, and a nifty little pancake machine which went down well. All in all, a pleasant stay and I would recommend it.
I stayed here for 28 nights on a business trip. Hotel provides free breakfast. Carparking onsite but spots are limited. Great location not to far from motorway and just a short walk into town. Nice new building with AC in all rooms. Nice big bed too with a 42" flat screen tv. 6 channels in english. Staff were all very friendly and helpful I recommend as a great place to stay in Siegen
The hotel is easy to find one you get off the motorway into Siegen There is a sharp right turn into the hotel carpark and the ticket dispenser is quite close as you turn so it turn me a few visits as well as a bruise on my arm to perfect driving up alongside the dispenser perfectly. There is approx. 20 – 25 car spaces inside the car park. There is no option to park on the street and as people have mentioned if this is full there is another car park on the road up past the city market store on the corner. I was there from Sunday evening to Friday morning and was able to park in the hotel car park each time. You get a ticket when you arrive at the car park, but you have to exchange this at reception for a token to exit the car park. They ask for your room number to verify you. At no time at all in booking or checking in did I see anything or was told anything about the car park being €10 per day. There was no signs detailing this either. This can be an expensive charge when you check out Check in was basic with me signing the paperwork and the receptionist giving me the key to the room, there was no information on the car park charge, what time breakfast was, that there was a bar and what time it was opened to and how to connect to the wifi. The wifi log in page was completely in German and I had to go down to reception to ask what info I needed to input to log in (its your surname and room number). This only lasted for 24 hrs and then you had to log in again, which is fine, but when you did you had all the information of when your last logged in and with it being in German I had no idea of what buttons to click on The room was a good size with a double bed – although I only had a single duvet on the bed which was weird, flatscreen tv (only English channels – BBC world news & Bloomberg CNN), tea & coffee making facilities (but no milk) a bottle of free sparkling water, worktable & chair, air conditioning. The air conditioning had a touch screen control panel that I couldn’t unlock to work no matter what I touched, so I had to resort to opening the window to cool the room down, but with the window opened there was a lot of noise from the busy road as my room was at the front of the hotel. It was quiet when the window was closed The work table was small, but did have electrical sockets at it as well as USB socket. The chair that was provided for it did not work at all. You couldn’t move your chair close enough to the table because of the base of the table, so you had to move forward on your chair, which meant you got no lumbar support when working The bed was quite firm and seemingly the 2 pillows on each side of the bed had differing firmness so you could choose, I couldn’t tell the difference The bathroom was very small with a basin, toilet and shower all within 1 step of each other. The shower was a good shower though. There was Dove handwash to use at the basin and Lux shower gel/shampoo in the shower. The Dove wash smelt better Breakfast was a basic continental breakfast with a selection of bread and jams, fruit and yoghurt, cold meats & cheese, cereal & oats The hotel did not do any other food but did have a lounge areas with seats and a stocked bar, the receptionist seems to attend to the bar when you need anything. There was vending machines with snacks. The City market across the road on the corner had some drinks and snacks, but I would recommend walking up the road past this for 2 blocks and there is a full supermarket on the left where you can get a large selection of drinks, salads, sandwiches, pastries, fruits, snacks etc…. Overall this is a nice clean, modern and colourful hotel which is a good base for a work trip
Hotel is well placed for my business trips. Pleasant staff and bar area. The rooms are like new with excellent shower etc. Super quiet for a city hotel with restaurants and bars a short walk away. Will be coming sgain next business trip in Seigen
Hotel is new. It's clean and modern and the continental breakfast is top notch. Located 5 minutes walk from town. The staff very professional and very friendly. Have to say I was very impressed. I would definitely stay here again.
Good hotel, lovely staff, very clean hotel good breakfast nice shower coffee ☕️ in the room free water small bar, enough parking for normal money, i can only say a good affordable hotel for a small break, and if I’m back in Siegen i know were to go. Thanks to al team members on our stay. 24/11 till 25/11 . Regards from Holland 🇳🇱
Room has all what I need for a work trip. It is quiet, wifi is quick enough, shower and bath room is working. What I do miss is some bacon and frankfurter in the breakfast but others breakfast is fine. Stuff knows what they are doing so perhaps only smile is missing. Really clean. And location is nice as 700 m for for shopping or nice restaurants.
Since opening early 2017 I was already several times in this hotel. Every time before checking in I am asked if I stayed already there which I confirmed, but for the rest of the stay the staff is very accommodating.
