A chasm between what it offers and delivers!

I had asked a pal to recce the hotel and the part they were shown was facing the beach and pool and looked fine. I arrived to be put into an annex which looked as if it had been converted storage units. The room was basic to say the least and I said I was unhappy and asked if was there an option to move, not at all they said. The furniture wasn't complete and some of it broken, the tiling was chipped on the floor and edges rough. the shower rail was broken and took 2 days to repair, I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and the bathroom- well the glass shelf never had a wipe, the bin was only emptied twice in a week and I had to ask fro fresh towels on day 4 despite being told every 3 days I would receive fresh towels. The facilities were poor and though it wasn't expected to be 5 star, basic in Side has often been clean, attentive and at least smelling fresh-not once did I smell cleaning products! The staff were not helpful and said he couldn't speak English- so I wrote notes using translation apps. The flooring at breakfast was lethal with decking that was split, uneven and in need of repair- late in the season I expect it will be done when closed but it looked dangerous to be walking on. I wont mention breakfast but to say each day I had a bowl of cereal as that looked the most edible and safe...... the bar was different, staff were fabulous and attentive and the beach staff were great. There was a huge gap between what it offers and also delivers!! Not a return hotel

Location is great. The accommodation was still undergoing works and shouldn't have been open for business. The only person who was offering a kind service was a cleaning lady, the men had her running all over. Bedding/ linen. One thin, dirty cover. Linen smelt and felt as if it had been used the night before. No internet in room. Had to stand outside at reception. Apart from the cleaning lady. No staff availale. When someone? Turned up they didn't care. Luke warm warm, tested the shower which flooded immediately. This is not a hotel. Expedia needs to re- categorise it. It's beach front accommodation only. This visit cost me alot in money and stress. If you need to. Take more time to search and if you have to, spend a few euros more rather than stay here unless this service is all you want but... They price it as if it's a hotel which to me is stealing. I moved next door to Miami beach and although not great, a little worn. The staff were very nice. The management were always on hand and the overall service saved a potentially disastrous experience/ visit.

Ideal Location - if a little basic

If you want quiet, no frills accommodation this is ideal. This isn't really a hotel - just a block of about 12 rooms with a small secluded pool attached to a restaurant l Room comfortable and clean - no TV but we didn't care - location perfect as right on the beach and near to lots of good restaurants and bars. Most of the hotel staff didn't speak English so sometimes hard to make ourselves understood - although they were friendly enough and we got by. Breakfast very samey every day and catered for the German contingent - and half board evening meal pretty basic - but edible. Main beef was with Expedia local rep who after selling us some trips we never saw again - and who during our meeting offered us drinks and then left us to pay for them! We would defiantly go back as we wanted peace and quite and a relaxing time and this was ideal for us - but not a place to bring children or if you want any type of hotel facilities other than basic food and a bar on hand..

Only good thing is the location..

Just returned home last night... Was very disappointed. We had a 'garden room'. Old and tatty. Broken light fittings, chipped furniture, tiny shower cubicle in poor condition, rusty hooks, no drawers for clothes, stank of sewarge. Tried to change to a room overlooking the pool as believed these have been returbed but no joy. Poor food hygiene standards. Saw mould on the breakfast cheese. Same food re put out and just added to so fresh cheese with sweaty old cheese. Witnessed staff picking off the plates !! Food under units there the whole time we were there... Never ever saw the pool cleaned or Checked. I could go on... Only great thing is the location

Det eneste minus var at det ble vasket hver 3 dag det står at det skal vaskes hver dag. Vi hadde rom med sjøutsikt å rommet var bra. Var mange folk som ikke tilhørte hotellet ved baseget så ut som at alle kunne komme der å bade.

Der manglede information om rengøring af værelse. Det var ikke særlig rent ved ankomst, måtte selv hente håndklæder og toiletpapir og tømme affaldsspand på toilet. Vi fik ikke rengjort værelset hele ugen og ingen nye håndklæder… Dejligt sted og morgenmadsrestauranten var ganske fin - sødt personale men ensformigt

Kjøleskapet virker kun når man har i nøkkel!

Hotellet ligge kjempe fint til på strandpromenaden. Et stort minus for oss var, når vi var borte fra rommet var det ikke strøm på kjøleskapet! Så da var det vi hadde der varmt. Synte det er godt å ha kaldt vann og brus når vi kommer hjem fra stranden etter en varm dag. Så det bør hotellet absolutt gjøre noe med. Frokosten var vi en av to av vårt reisefølge som spiste. Ikke noe hvis man er litt kresen, mest ost og syltetøy. Men fine oppussede rom i hvertfall de med havsutsikt.

Normalerweise sind Hotels mit 3 Sternen einfach eingerichtet aber sauber und funktionell. Das Gegenteil war hier der Fall. im ersten Zimmer kam das Toilettenwasser durch die Fugen der Bodenfliesen, Dusche verschimmelt, Strom im Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig. Also Zimmertausch. Hier war die Dusche im gleichen Zustand nur war die Kabine auch defekt und kaum zu bewegen. Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht schließen und Steckdosen und Schalter waren defekt. Die anwesenden, reklamierenden Gäste wurde im Kreis durch die gerade beanstandeten Zimmer getauscht. Das Frühstück erschien zunächst reichhaltig, leider wurde von allem was vorhanden war die billigste Qualität serviert. Außerdem durften wir nicht im Außenbereich sitzen, der sei für den Abend vorbehalten. Die Preise in der Umgebung sind enorm und nicht normal für die Türkei. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist und haben dank Expedia eine Entschädigung erhalten. Das Hotel hat das verweigert. Obwohl dort alle gutes Englisch und Deutsch sprachen, konnte sich bei Reklamation plötzlich niemand verständigen.

Verilen oda çok vasattı. Fiyatı otel performansına göre çok fazlaydı. Bi patates cipsi istedik acelemiz olduğunu söylediğimiz halde bir saate yakın bekledik. Tek güzel yanı plajı, o da zaten herkesin plajı.

Det beste er beliggenheten

Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhet, hyggelig bassengområde og ganske bra restaurant. Litt irriterende at med dette utgangspunktet for et nydelig sted, så er rommene, særlig badet, ganske shabby og rengjøringen direkte dårlig. Tror ikke baderomshyllen ble vasket den uka vi var der, og jeg fulgte med på en liten plastbit på gulvet, som ble flyttet rundt fra dag til dag. Det ble nok også brukt raust med vann og såpe, slik at det flislagte gulvet ofte var litt sleipt. Dog skal det sies at det er ikke ofte man finner overnatting med den beliggenheten til såpass rimelig pris.
