New property completed in 2015 with 4 apartments only 200 meters from the sea. These each consist of a spacious living and dining area with sofa bed and kitchen, optionally 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms with double bed and modern bathroom / baths and sun terrace. The old town of Sibenik and the large shopping centers are within easy reach.
Large apartment for 6-8 persons with large terrace and garden access. A beautiful barbecue hut with wood and gas barbecue is available to the tenants free of charge. From the season 2017 also with swimming pool 10 x 5 m.

Tolle Wohnung, super Pool

Wir sind von der Anlage begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Vor allem bietet die Wohnung viel Platz und Freiraum. Jeden Morgen wird der wunderschöne Pool gereinigt. Um den Pool stehen ausreichend viele Liegen und Schirme. Generell, was die Wohnanlage betrifft, hat man das Gefühl, man befindet sich in einer schönen Pension. Unsere Dusche war defekt. Diese wurde jedoch sofort vom Verwalter repariert. Der Verwalter spricht perfekt deutsch, was den Aufenthalt um einiges erleichtert hat. Zum typischen kroatischen Strand sind es vielleicht 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Zu dem ausgebauten Strand mit Liegen (ein Schirm mit zwei Liegen ca. 15€ pro Tag), kostenlose Duschen und diversen Lokalen wären das ca. 20 - 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben es vorgezogen mit dem Auto zum Strand zu fahren. Die Strecke war relativ einfach und es gibt einen sehr großen 'noch' kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt am Strand. Wir bedanken uns ebenfalls bei dem Vermieter für den netten Kontakt. Folgendes möchte ich gerne noch an den Vermieter loswerden. Zwei Tage bevor wir nach Hause gefahren sind, ist eine größere Gruppe an Mietern eingetroffen. Es waren vier jüngere Pärchen, die sich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss geteilt haben. Die erste Nacht war noch relativ ruhig, da die jungen Leute wahrscheinlich noch müde von der Anreise waren. Die zweite Nacht ist jedoch für uns sehr kurz ausgefallen. Geplant war um fünf Uhr morgens aufzustehen und nach Hause fahren. Nachdem wir jedoch gegen zwei Uhr nachts immer noch wegen der Partymusik, Gelächter und Gekreische nicht einschlafen konnten, haben wir die Zelte abgebrochen und sind sehr genervt nach Hause aufgebrochen. Es wäre eine Horrorvorstellung, müssten wir noch weitere Tage dort bleiben. Auf ein Mal wurde es sehr unordentlich und unangenehm. Noch spät abends lagen am Pool Handtücher und Badesachen überall verteilt. Definitiv hätte es eine Beschwerde unsererseits gegeben. Nicht umsonst mieten wir uns eine Ferienwohnung abseits von allem Trubel und kein All inklusive Hotel mitten auf der Partymeile. Bereits bei der Anfrage sollten die Aufenthaltsregeln klar dargestellt werden. Die Wohnanlage ist so super, ich bin mir sicher, die steht während der Hauptsaison nicht leer. Diese letzte Nacht hätte beinah die Bewertung einen Stern gekostet. Aber ich denke, das wäre unfair. Mein Resümee ist, bei der nächsten Buchung ganz klare Anforderungen an den Vermieter stellen, damit es nicht später zu Differenzen kommt.

Heerlijk appartement met alle denkbare voorzieningen

Het appartement was prima verzorgd. Schoon en voorzien van alle benodigde apparatuur. De 2 airco koelen het gehele complex hetgeen geen overbodige luxe is met de hoge temperaturen in de zomer. De locale contact persoon, Enver was altijd beschikbaar om te helpen met zaken bij het appartement of eventuele excursies in de omgeving. Het zwembad is heerlijk en wordt iedere dag bijgehouden. Door de vele parasols heb je voldoende schaduw. In het bijgebouw hebben we een avond heerlijk zitten bbq-en. Het terras was heerlijk maar bij zonsondergang bleken er wel veel muggen te zitten. Een lange broek en veel anti muggen spray is geen overbodige luxe!
