Private 150m² luxury apartment w Sea sunset views. **NEW FACILITIES for 2025** including Badminton, Bocce, Fire Pit for star gazing, Lounge Area, Sun chairs, Paddle Board and Corn Hole. Apartment includes private terrace with Sea view, air conditioning, FREE Wi-Fi, FREE parking for 2x cars, and FREE mooring for your boat (please check availability of dock with host).

All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms (shower and toilet) and King size beds. There is an extra fold out double bed couch in the living room. Cots available for children. The apartment has high ceilings with an open living and kitchen area. TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube. The kitchen has gas and electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, plates, cups, cutlery and baking utensils.

*NEW Facilities* in 2025. The front yard which is over 100m2 has a new outdoor lounge, dining table and sun baking chairs with umbrellas. This area has a 180 degree view of the Mediterranean Sea and sunsets. The back yard which is over 400m2 now has Badminton, Bocce, new dining area that overlooks Sea sunset views, small table with stools, and small golf putting area. Also for guests a paddle board, beach mattresses, snorkel gear and beach umbrellas.
