We stayed Xmas 23rd dec 2017 for one night the waitress was most helpful .the drinks were expensive's not far from shopping centre.we had fish and chips in wetherspoons and unlimited coffee for £11.20 for the two of us .where if we had it in hotel it was a lot more. We would stay again...

Solid hotel and stay, would stay again for the right price. Didn’t get a chance to use the facilities but the options were impressive. Breakfast was good and staff were really friendly. Make sure to ask for a room with a good view!

Stayed here over the new year with my daughter. Had a lovely time, the staff absolutely made it. I've stayed at a wide variety of hotels in my time but I've never been so looked after as we were here. Nothing was too much trouble. They really made our stay a special one, keep up the wonderful work!

This is a great hotel to stay in when working in Telford as you can walk easily to the town centre and the offices nearby. As always I received a cheerful and friendly welcome from the Reception Team. I was allocated a room on the first floor which was very comfortable and well appointed. The following morning, as there had been a lot of overnight snow, I needed to leave very early. The team serving breakfast were so helpful and when I asked if It would be possible to have a takeaway breakfast to take with me, in no time I was given a takeaway cup of coffee and a paper-wrapped bacon muffin - really excellent service - thank you!

For an overnight stay this is very acceptable rooms good with good bed, the let down is the breakfast extremely poor eggs over cooked bread stale bacon watery. Can’t say more but if they up their game on the breakfast it would be hard to beat.

I left belongings in the drawer in the room and contacted the hotel the next day upon leaving to have them kept until I could collect. Reception not interested put through to housekeeping who didn't respond though I called daily because head housekeeper was on leave. When I did speak to head housekeeper Rita she questioned me if I left them at all. Could not believe they were so disinterested they had probably just thrown my belongings away. I was very upset and angry about this and will be writing to the hotel manager. Me and my husband came for a romantic weekend away for 2 nights. We booked breakfast the first morning at a whopping £15 per head in addition to the price to stay for the night!! Then crossed our fingers that it would be worth the huge price. ( we have paid this at airport hotels but not a 3 star hotel outside of a town). The room was fine. No side table on one side of the beds so nowhere to put my book etc but still room to have one? The beds were two singles pushed together - lovely and big- but nothing holding them together with two separate lots of duvet, sheets and bedding. We then realised we would have to remake the beds later that night when I jumped in because they were APPALLINGLY made with bottom sheets that did not fit the base all crumpled and not tucked in. No mattress protector under the sheet that did not fit. So in the night they moved leaving us both on bare mattress ( YUCK). The beds moved away from each other constantly and we fell through the middle when we fancied a cuddle. The second day we remade our bed again despite the room being serviced. There is a picture of our 'made bed' attached because it was so laughable we took one. Training needed on making beds and sheets that fit/mattress protector?! Basic stuff really. We could not look out of our large window due to the condensation all over it dripping on the sill.

Great service from the moment I arrived through to the morning I left. Very helpful and friendly staff with great facilities, lovely bar and easy walk to nearby shopping mal. Anyone looking for a comftable room then I would recommend this hotel!

Our visits before have always been good but after our last trip we were let down by the cleanliness of our room Mould on windows dirty bathroom stained seats and carpets. After complaint to reception they got the room half decent.( No offer of a discount tho) Then to top it all our daughter got a parking ticket for popping in to see us to arrange our evening plans for our stay at parkinn We have only got her parking fine as she moved house just after our stay at parkinn Parkinn nor the parking company will help to waiver the parking charge. We have stayed at another hotel today 9/12/17 as we feel let down by parkinn on our last visit

Comfortable overnight stay . Pleasant and attentive staff in all areas. Good breakfast. Communal areas and bedroom well appointed with pleasant decor. Good location for shopping, restaurants and motorway.

Stayed at the Park Inn in November and was generally disappointed with this hotel given the positive reviews. Biggest let down is the gym and swimming facilities which are outdated and poorly maintained. Men’s lockers in the changing rooms can only be secured by padlock! Local members bring their own, but if you use the facilities at a busy time they won’t have one they can lend you and encourage you to ‘just keep your stuff with you’. Overall the hotel and service was poor to average but at least they try with an enhanced offering such as room service and spa facilities even if they don’t always get it right.
