The Prince Rupert is an older property that harkens back to a by-gone era. Unfortunately, cleaning doesn’t seem to a be a priority for staff. I found grime in the bathroom, dust in the bedroom, and general dirtiness throughout. Additionally, The rooms and furnishings desperately need a refresh. I can’t recommend this hotel.
