(2) “Krewe of Moon Pie”-Entire 2 Bedroom/1 Bath house.
Together the entire BUILDING has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably in total! When you have a large party seeking a comfortable stay, you are in for a great treat with what the entire Duplex can offer. Please feel free to book BOTH units.

Okay

The property was okay and good enough for me and my children to bathe and go to the event we came down for. But the beds or not queen size they are full size & they will add extra charges on bogus claims. I cleaned the property from top to bottom the night before check out empty everything out we used and washed all dishes and brought my own covers and towels. Also took out all the trash but yet I’m getting charged for walls and bed liners.. I didn’t use their covers nor we wasn’t there long enough to touch a wall. We literally spent most time with family to wer we checked in late and left early. So we needed to space for exactly wat we paid for and that was sleep and bathe. Bogus charges please do better.

The AC was broken the windows didn’t have locks there is no parking. Refund requested we didn’t stay

This was not what we expected, no parking, did not feel safe windows had no locks and the AC was broken I have and am waiting on a refund. We walked in and noticed these things and left. I’m still waiting on a refund.

Once I first got to the location the first thing I noticed is the run down neighborhood. Grass was overgrown. There was just a hole in the door frame for the door to close. The front door was not secure and did not feel safe. There were dead bugs scattered around. Dust build up and spiderwebs. It was dark inside. There were stains on the mattress covers. Place was unsanitary and disgusting. They obviously did not clean the place well enough. I contacted the host and all that was told to me was that the contractors were coming this weekend to cut the grass. I didn’t even stay the first night.

Great place to stay if you are in town!

We stayed there for an event in town and loved the place! The house has modern renovations with old town appeal. It is located within 10 minutes of pretty much everything you would want to do. The house gives a cozy atmosphere for relaxing if you choose to just hang out. The neighborhood is quiet, no noisy neighbors to keep you up. Communication with the host was great! All questions answered in the email provided before we arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was not at all what it show or states ! Very little places to sit down to wafch the only t.v in the whole place ! There was no outlet in the bathroom there was no toilet paper but a quater of a roll amd no coffee filters ! The grass was really long ! Would not recommend to family or friends sorry will not be coming back

Large unit, would stay again

Shreveport's hotel market leaves much to be desires, so we decided to do something different and try a vacation rental while visiting family for 5 days and 4 nights over Thanksgiving. This was a new listing. First of all, the unit is in a great location. You have easy access to I-20 and other major access points around Shreveport, including King's Hwy and Youree Drive. The neighborhood surrounding the unit was very quiet. The unit is very large. We were quite surprised at the size of it. I loved the 10 foot ceilings, which made the unit feel even larger. The owner's were very responsive with any concerns or needs that we had. Most messages were answered within 30 minutes. As I mentioned, this was a new listing. As it often happens with grand openings, there was a small mishap. Unfortunately, we didn't have heat the first two nights. To be fair, we arrived late the first night and went to bed. We didn't notice that the heat wasn't working until the next morning. That morning, we contacted the owners and they swiftly made arrangements for evaluation and repair of the HVAC and brought us space heaters and extra blankets. The HVAC was repaired the next day. We had a good experience and would stay again.
