The third bedroom is a private Mother-in-Law Ensuite with its own entrance, complete with a gas fireplace, kitchenette, mini fridge, dining table for two, and a secluded patio—ideal for guests seeking extra space and independence.

The Torreon community golf course is for members only, but The Torreon Grille is open to the public. The public Bison Ranch Golf Course is the closest to the home.

Torreon Community Amenities: These can only be accessed with an optional, on-site fee. The initial fee to use the pool, fitness center, pickleball/tennis/basketball courts, and clubhouse is $375 for one person, then $125 per additional person, along with a $25 purchase of a key fob. Please be aware that these payments take a few days to process through the HOA.

Please Note: Guests do not have access to the mailbox. Please do not send mail/packages to the property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: This property features 2 Ring doorbell devices with exterior security cameras facing the front outdoor entry and the guest entry. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. Both cameras actively record video and sound when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
