The cabin was very nice everything worked good except the Internet was come and go with the TV it was a smart TV and it didn’t work all the time.the owner did not make us feel welcome and I understand why he is selling the place had a for sale sign on it he is not happy working there anymore and because of that reason I won’t be going back
We rented cabin number four and found it to be spacious and clean. We had two of our dogs with us and they were accepted without any issue. Our microwave didn’t work and we informed the front office and a new microwave was delivered to us! We ate all our meals at the cabin and had plenty of room to cook in the kitchen and enjoy our stay thoroughly!
Very rustic and a good location. Bed was really comfortable, but nothing else was special about this place.
Easy check in, quiet property, very friendly, clean cabins, cabins were stocked with everything we needed or wanted. Having a hot tub inside the cabin was a definite plus!! Overall excellent stay! Highly recommend.
If you prefer unique to Super 8, then book a cabin at Hidden Rests. Room for pets. Fun decorations. All around a good buy for those who want something out of the ordinary. We were there on a very cold night and the heaters kept us warm. Good location.
Brought back memories of staying at a cabin when I was young.
The cabins are easy to find and right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and offered everything that you might have forgot. Full kitchenette, clean and comfortable rooms and jacuzzi was relaxing and clean. I would recommend this little facility to anyone.
We had a very relaxing stay. The accommodations were quaint and rustic. We loved the fireplace and hot tub!! They staff was so very friendly and helpful. Definitely willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend this and I know we are looking to our next stay at the Hidden Rest cabins.
We had a very pleasant time at the cabin. It had everything we needed and it was very clean. The front desk was very helpful and nice. It was a family travel; we wanted to get away from the city and relax with the kids. This place was perfect for this. My family was looking forward to play with the snow. We drove near Sunrise Sky Resort and we found a perfect place for sledding and playing with the kids. The lady from the front desk recommended us to visit Scotts Reservoir, it was a beautiful place.

We stayed one night in Cabin 11 with our 3 young boys. They enjoyed having their own beds while we had our own separate bedroom. We appreciated having cookware, utensils, and dinnerware to use so we could fully utilize the kitchen. Although the cabins are old, they are kept us well and are clean.

Thank you for your review. I am so sorry that you did not have a stay that you had hoped for. I would have been more than happy to help/fix your internet issue had you made mention of it during your stay. As I am the owner and I am female, the assumptions you have made on the person who checked you in are just that, assumptions. "He" has a job to clean cabins and check people in. As with anyone or any job, there can be good days and bad days. We are all dealing with a lot during these unprecedented times and the stress could get the best of any of us. As you mentioned that overall you were happy with the cabin, I would hope that you would give a us a chance again in the future.

Joan we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Pinetop-lakeside is the only place in AZ that has 40 lakes and 15 streams. We also have over 250 miles of trails. So if you are looking for outdoor adventure we are best place to be.
