The trail has peaceful spots all along to soak up the lush coastal ambience, the trail leads onto a small cove with beautiful sand and open views of the ocean, which is perfect for seasonal whale watching.

Enjoy a walk along the beach as the water laps at your feet. When you’re finished, settle down in a relaxing picnic spot and enjoy the solitude of one Port Stephens’ best kept secrets. Box Beach is also 5 minutes away and is perfect for swimming.
Shoal Bay offers a selection of cafes, restaurants and takeaway fish and chips shops. The famous Shoal Bay Country Club has a variety of entertainment and dining where you can enjoy breakfast at Mermaids Cafe, lunch or dinner in the restaurant overlooking the ocean and tasty cocktails on the sunny patio.

Wreck Beach Cottage features an open plan living/ dining area with ducted air conditioning throughout, a Smart TV and free unlimited Wi-Fi. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including an electric oven, microwave, and family size fridge/ freezer.

The property provides two bedrooms with ducted air conditioning, linen and bed making and the bathroom has a shower, toilet, single vanity and also a second separate toilet. There is an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway and a great outdoor alfresco dining area with gas BBQ facilities overlooking the national park – this is a fantastic relaxing area to sit back and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the surroundings.

We also manage 3 Flannel Flower Fairway, so this is fantastic for a large family or group.
