The property is a bit dated but very well maintained in an excellent location for shopping, dining and a very short walk to the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing cleanliness and maybe the best location to both train stations. The hallways had a musty odor but the room had an AC and air purifier. Bathtub was large, bed very comfortable. Several outlets for charging. Hundreds of restaurants within 1-5 minutes walking. Malls and shopping everywhere including a huge grocery store under the main bus station. Elegant old style hotel with very good service apart from the strange room cleaning and servicing practices. Breakfast was very enjoyable and the room was good with excellent bedding and space. The pillows were very good. The lady at reception, Ms O’hara, was very attentive and helpful and she provided excellent recommendations about a number of things. She spoke extremely good English and this was an advantage. The location is very handy for the trains and buses as well as restaurants, shopping and night life. They don’t have any cable channels and the rooms do not have a safe.
