Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was the typical compact size you expect from a Japanese business hotel, but it felt modern, clean, and comfortable. The public baths were a real highlight — spacious, relaxing, and spotless. Staff were friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife just a short walk away. A reliable and well-run hotel that I’d gladly stay at again.

The hotel was fine but WI-FI was very spotty. Many times we had to wait for YouTube to reconnect because it kept buffering. Working on the computer also posed waiting times if I had to use the internet and Wi-Fi.

Surrounded with restaurants, pubs and shopping seven Eleven or family Mart. Walking distance to Shizuoka train and bus station, including the bullet train Shinkansen. It's only 800 meters from Shizouka hospital, history museum and Sumpu castle tower.

Hotel was in a convenient location. The area under the bed needs to be cleaned. The design of the bathroom sink area could be much better. No room for hanging clothes or towels and no privacy. Toilet room is made for someone 5’2” or someone flexible. Overall, happy w the hotel but may try another one next time.

Good experience all around. This may have been a mistake on my part, but we were given a smoking room and not a non-smoking room. It took a few sprays of the included air freshener, but the room smelled fine after that. Very nice bathroom. Accommodating staff; they made us massage reservations for a location next door, at our request.

Model City

My second time here. Discovered they have a model-building room with airbrushes and spray booths in their lounge! Plastic model sprue themed signage. Shizuoka is the Model City of the world afterall. I come for all the big brands. Perfect place to stay.
