Value for money

Value for the money we paid, walking distance to attractions, staff mostly helpfull. Room clean. Negatives, no hot water. WiFi only in lobby not in rooms. Sign in room saying 500rs fine for washing clothes in room. Menu states no outside food allowed. Had trouble at check in convincing them we had a booking. Hotels.com should be very clear when selling rooms in these areas areas about whether the room has aircon or not as most hotels do not have aircon in every room.

We hardly spend few hours but still the service was good , clean room , If u want suggestion, there should be extra person charged rather than buying another room for 2 peoples because thete family was staying with 4 if them and another 2 were in another rooms which dont make any sense to take another room for 1000rs. Rest everything was good.
