Spacious room. Front desk was very nice, but would be more helpful if they spoke more/better English. Also the hotel needs to be more flexible with reasonable requests like extra pillows, covers, etc. Need instructions in English for all the appliances, AC, etc in the room.

Absolutely relaxing atmosphere, excellent service. Conveniently located to restaurants, transport and the Imperial Palace. Would recommend to anyone.
