Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel is located c!ose to the Mall area which is in walking distance. If other factors addressed price would be reasonable. Good views from deluxe rooms. However, this hotel has some serious issues to be addressed. 1. Rooms are not clean 2. Bathroom is old and some functional issues..sinks blocks 3. Staff try their best to help. But they could be more welcoming and seem to be poorly trained. At reception whilst dealing with one customer they start to serve another !eaving the first customer to wait 4. Restaurant breakfast is fine but served on dirty tab!es clothes. Until addressed ..especially a top to bottom feep clean and co tined good cleaning regime I cannot recommend this hotel. A shame as with some care and attention it coukd be good.
