First of all the property is not on road side, you have to climb down so many stairs to reach to the hotel. Rooms gates and windows are not properly sealed gusty chilly wind passes through slits that makes room super chilly and leaves your blanket and bed in freezing condition. On above that they charge 300 rupees extra per day to provide room heater. Super inconvenient.

Horrible black mold hotels .com refused a refund!!

This place is disgusting stay away...and hotels.com dsnt stand with their patrons !!! I recieved no refund for this health hazard !!! I did however become very ill w a respiratory infection for 3 days after leaving!!! Hotels.com said these pics are from a deluxe room!!!

The staff try hard, but totally untrained. Clearly the management takes no interest in day to day service at the property. I walked into this room, with food stains on the table, no soap or toilet paper. The TV was old and remote broken. The access to the hotel is the worst part - through winding stairs at multiple levels.

Comfortable Stay

Hotel is good - clean rooms, the bathrooms are also very clean. The approach to the hotel from Mall Rd is not very easy - lot of stairs to go down and up. Also the surroundings outside the hotel are not very clean. The hotel itself is very nice.
