Two bathrooms include a primary garden tub and separate shower, double vanity & hair dryer, making your stay even more enjoyable. 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo, toilet & single vanity. The house stays cozy with heating and cool with new HVAC, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere year-round. Enjoy views from almost every window of the Pasquotank River. Great crabbing and fishing, swimming, sunbathing on the small adjacent sandy beach, gathering driftwood, boating or jet skiing if you have them, as the public boat ramp is just around the corner and visible from this yard. Feel free to bring your own canoes, paddleboards, boats, jet skis. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering for a meal, this home provides a welcoming space to create lasting memories. New in 2025 kitchen fridge, dishwasher, stove & microwave, everything is freshly painted, new flooring, new toilets.
