I like the location and the staff. I didn’t like the broken lamp in the room and the lack of a regular bed pillow. Only one set of towels and one bed pillow was provided for 2 people. When I asked for a second pillow, I was offered what looked like an accent pillow. I was told there were no extra bed pillows available.

Great location by train stn, avg hotel NO WIFI

Hotel was near station as advertised. Room was small but adequate. No plus' like tea or coffee, although there was hot water heater in room. Are around hotel was bleak, most business's were closed. We found a small chinease restaurant and a pizzaria nearby. Opted to get food from grocery store 5 blocks away. Breakfast was buffet and as expected. There was no wifi in hotel which is somewhat amazing for business hotel. Overall average.

Short stay OK

Hotel is near the train station Iyo Mishima, only about 300 meter walk. Good is that also all Limited Express trains stop there Most shops/restaurants are closed on Sunday/Monday,for food had to rely on a Family Market shop, about 500 meters from the Hotel at the opposite side of the rail track Hotel restaurant was only open for Japanese Breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Good for a short business trip

The hotel is easily accessible by car and fairly close to snack bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly, but not very helpful with sightseeing recommendations. Even though the room was small, it was comfortable for one night. Recommended for business trips, but not for tourism.

Ich hatte ein traditionelles Zimmer mit 50 qm gebucht und bezahlt. Es hat über 125€ gekostet. Wenn man sich den durchschnittlichen Preis der Zimmer in diesem Hotel anschaut, weiß man dass es sich hier um puren Luxus handeln muss. Wenige Wochen vor meiner Ankunft wurde ich darüber informiert, dass das gebuchte und bezahlte Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung steht und ich auf ein alternatives Zimmer umgebucht werde. Die Zimmerverfügbarkeiten haben sich da wohl spontan geändert. Da meine Reiseroute schon fest stand, hatte ich keine Möglichkeit die Reisepläne anzupassen. Bei meiner Ankunft habe ich feststellen müssen, dass ich ein massives downgrade bekommen habe. Das mir angebotene Zimmer hatte lediglich 20qm und war ein Standard Zimmer mit extra Mikrowelle (!). Naja, immerhin war es sauber. Das war dann aber auch schon alles. Auf jeden Fall stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis definitiv nicht. Eine Erstattung der zu viel gezahlten Kosten gab auch nicht. Vor Ort lies sich das auch nicht klären, da keiner der Angestellten englisch sprechen konnte. Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel ist demnach, dass das schäbige Zimmer zur schäbigen Unternehmenspolitik passt. Nämlich eine Dienstleistung abzukassieren, die nicht erbracht wurde. Wenn man also nicht zwingend in Iyo-Mishima vor Ort sein muss, dann lohnt es sich eine Haltestelle mit dem Zug weiter nach Kawanoe zu fahren, um dort zu übernachten. Dort gibt es mehrere Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten zur Wahl. So werde ich es zukünftig machen.

パスのシャワーでお湯が出ない　切替えハンドルの位置とお湯と水の蛇口の調整をかなりしないとシャワーからお湯が出てこず　お湯の温度調整はなかなか出来ないのとシャワー の水圧が低い為　快適な温度でのシャワーの使用ができない また　就寝中に室内のブレーカーが落ち　照明　空調　コンセントの電源が落ちた為　就寝中に充電をしていた電気機器類の充電は不十分であったのと　空調が切れていた為　快適な睡眠が出来ず　体調を崩してしまった 宿泊した部屋のコンディションは劣悪で　お金を払ってまで泊まる部屋ではなかった
