In general the hotel is good. Breakfast selection was good. The rooms were big and well kept. But I did not like the hazzle of getting in and out of the hotel. Lobby is located on the 31st floor. To get to the elevator you have to pull your luggage over a thick carpet. But the wheels are not really turning easily.(Rimova suitcase). Same problem on the floor to your room and I had the last room on the hallway. For a 5 Star hotel there should be some service to bring your luggage to the room. The other thing that was bothering me was you had to change the elevator always on the 31st floor. This is inconvenient. Without luggage service it is disappointing and I can not give this hotel a good rating.

This is a very nice property in this city. The best you can find and has the standards of a higher standard hotel, even good for a Hilton. The only down sides you have to go up the the 31st floor to get to the lobby, so an extra commute. but once you are up there. Food at break fast is very good, excellent spread. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was also very good quality and service. the gym Is nice and new. pool is clean and long for laps. Rooms are well done, clean, sheets towels, mattress and pillows are very good as well. 20 to 30 mins to the rail station. about 30 to the airport.

I have stayed at the Hilton Shijiazhuang many times since 2016 and have always rated this hotel as 5 Star. I have one very serious complaint about this hotel that occurred during my last visit. If you spend time in Shijiazhuang during the time from November 15 to March 15, you will hear about the so called “heating season.” This is a time period when district heating occurs and in some buildings, I believe restrictions are enforced on use of the air conditioning. The Hilton Shijiazhuang is one of those buildings. I can’t definitively prove my theory but during my last visit, my Executive Room was extremely uncomfortable. Temperatures were 25.5 to 27 degrees C and the AC thermostat indicated the cooling was on. I complained 2 times to the hotel management and eventually got relief after complaining to Hilton Honors Customer Service in the US. I was provided two(2) water evaporation units to cool the room and told that March 15, the AC should begin to work. This was the end of the heating season. My disappointment is as follows. This is a Hilton branded property and I pay for Hilton because I want the best and most certainly comfortable room. I’m dumbfounded why the management of this property restrict AC usage during the “heating season.” When I asked if this is a regulation by the local government, I never get a straight answer. PLEASE UNDERSTAND - I WILL RETURN TO THE HILTON SHIJIAZHUANG. ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF THIS HOTEL ARE 5 STAR. RESTAURANTS ARE EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF IS ABOVE EXCEPTIONAL. I SINCERELY APPRECIATE EVERY STAFF MEMBER AND THE ATTENTION I RECEIVE DURING MY STAY.

This is the hotel I have stayed for many times, perfect location with good service and restaurant also is great. Staff: MR. Hao Liu(Kido Liu) The service is excellent. They really know what they are doing. A high quality hospitality experience is a reward he would give to himself after five hectic workdays, So thank you for your service.Next time I'll choose this hotel!

First I'll start that most of the staff don't speak English well. At Check I was hassled and was given a difficult time. The rooms was a good size comfortable bed shower had lo pressure. The staff at the executive lounge were from incompetent to inconsiderate. Very disappointing stay.

Perfect location for this hotel. Rooms (studio) are spacious, fonctionnal , good design and really clean. Service is perfect even they don't speak english (except reception). Lobby, on 31st floor is magnificent. Sure we ll come back

The heat was on in our room and we could not turn it off (In the off position it got hotter in the room). We repeatedly asked for assistance but "there was nothing they could do." In the mornings and afternoons we opened the door to the hall to let cool air in. The typical temperature in the room according to the thermostat was about 27 C (around 80 degree F). We think it was hotter. The bath towels are so stiff they felt like they would scratch our skin. With Hilton Honors the internet was free and marginal at best. We stayed her for several days and breakfast was ok and never changed. The dinner buffet was ok but overly crowded (again I suspect due to a lack of choices not because it was a value). Lunch on Sunday was sold out. No tables at all. It looked like the locals enjoy the place and the hotel guests are not accommodated. After about 30 minutes of waiting we elected to skip lunch. There is a very nice mall about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There are some places to eat and the necessary Starbucks. The cost of the hotel was reasonable. IF we can avoid this hotel we will. If we have to go back to Shijiazhuang we will try to find a better choice. One last thought. There is a fine dining restaurant there. We gave it a try and it was a very big mistake. We were the only couple there the entire dinner. Several people came in, sat down, looked at the menu and then left.

Hilton Shijiazhuang is the tallest building in the center of the capital city of Hebei province, and located next to the Museum of Hebei. The view from the executive lounge is magnificent. The service is okay. It is good for both business and personal trips.

Nice location, friendly staff. Breakfast is on the pricey side for its location. Need improvements for room cleanliness. Not enough shampoo and lotion was provided on daily basis. Not sure how often carpet was cleaned. In general, a comfortable stay.

To my several experience in Hilton, this one is perticularly easy for business in Shanghai, especially for the people traveling from Hongqiao. Good condition but a little bit out-of-date facility as a whole. But still, you can enjoy fast and good service from it, which is far far better than most of the counterparts in Europe and us.
