This beautifully appointed waterfront home on Lake Norman offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and fun for families, friends, or multi-generational getaways. With four dedicated bedrooms and a bonus sleeping area, it sleeps up to 12 guests across three spacious levels—all with gorgeous lake views.

As soon as you walk through the door, natural light pours into the open foyer, leading you to the heart of the home. The main living area is framed by a wall of windows that showcase the sparkling water beyond. Two plush sofas and cozy armchairs surround the TV, creating a perfect space for movie marathons or cheering on your favorite team. Just steps away, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd. There's bar-height seating for four, a dining nook for four more, and a second table nearby with seating for six—plenty of room for shared meals, game nights, or coffee chats.

The primary suite on this level is a peaceful escape, complete with a king bed, a TV, and serene lake views. The private en suite bath features a soaking tub and a separate shower—ideal for a long, relaxing end to a day on the water.

Head upstairs and you'll find three more inviting sleeping spaces. A queen bedroom offers cozy comfort, while the bonus room includes two twin beds. The bunk room—with two twin-over-twin bunk beds—is sure to be a hit with the kids. All share a convenient hall bath, making it easy for everyone to get ready for the day ahead.

Downstairs, the fun continues. The lower level includes a private queen bedroom and full bathroom, along with a game room that's perfect for laid-back hangouts or rainy-day fun.
