The facility was short staffed related to the overall effects of Covid pandemic. This caused some inconveniences but it was a good stay otherwise.
Fantastic location for boating, but property is aging and needs to be updated. Understaffed at front desk at check in. Overwhelmed at breakfast with long lines, slow service and ragged buffet.
We went early because of our flight , when we arrived at front desk Misty was " not friendly " to say the least ' which made it difficult to give a more positive feedback
Very nice property with great amenities, good food, and beautiful views! Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary!
The hotel has a ton of potential. Everything now smells old and the tower smelled like old smoke and carpet. The layout of the resort was dysfunctional and unorganized. The A/C did not work in the elevator or hallways inside the villa we stated in. The room did not look like the pics. The lake view is obstructed, there are no trails, no beautiful walkways or sitting areas. It felt very confined knowing a large beautiful lake was just beside us.
Additional charge for fee of resort, shower sink blocks, too much noise
What a great weekend get away. Great hotel staff, friendly and take care of all requests on the spot. Room and lake view are fantastic.

Thank you for your review, when our guest express their concerns, it helps us to see what we need to address. We apologize about the inconvenience of the check in process and breakfast buffet. We are always in the process of updating our resort, recently Barancles was completed, as well as adding on a new meeting space. Other than that, we hoped you enjoyed your stay with us!

I hope to chalk this up to simply having a bad day for Misty. She is an absolute jewel of a person and regrets your experience. Hopefully you will give us another shot!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We see that you stayed in our Villas in building 4, which has not been renovated recently. For your future stays with us feel free to request villas 1, 2 or 3 as they were all renovated in April of 2016. Our hotel rooms were also renovated in 2017 with our Tower Suites being renovated this summer. While we sit on a bluff overlooking Lake Texoma the path down the bluff to the water is owned by the Army Corp. of Engineers. We, like you, would love for them to add a path to the water to feature with our property. Hopefully, in the future they will do so so our members and guests may enjoy trips to the water just feet away! Thanks again for your feedback and we hope to have you again with us in the future. Take care,
